The Wisconsin legislature has introduced a proposal to officially decertify the state’s election results, citing fraud and misconduct, and declare President Donald Trump the rightful winner.
Assembly Resolution 3, introduced by Rep. Scott Allen, states that when the executive branch or administrative agencies charged with enforcing laws choose to step outside, go beyond, or otherwise stretch them to something other than what is written, which the resolution suggests occurred, then “the legitimacy of the government begins to erode.”
Consequently, it is up to the legislative branch to address these problems with action, which Resolution 3 outlines. In essence, members of the Wisconsin State Assembly are declaring that it is the highest priority to take up legislation “crafted to ensure civil officers follow the laws as written.”
Furthermore, a significant portion of the population, the resolution explains, believes that the election is fraudulent, which both warrants and necessitates intervention by state representatives on behalf of We the People.
“[I]t is incumbent upon the legislature to address the issues that are in question,” the resolution declares.
“[T]he members of the Wisconsin State Assembly place the redress to these and other election law violations and failed administrative procedures as its highest priority and shall take up legislation crafted to ensure civil officers follow the laws as written.”
Outlined as departures from the letter of the law by the state of Wisconsin in its handling of the 2020 election results is a lengthy bullet point list of violations. These include:
• Clerks providing absentee ballots to electors without applications
• Clerks and deputy clerks who were authorized by the municipal clerk failing to write on the official ballot, in the space for official endorsement, the clerk’s initials and official title
• Clerks issuing absentee ballots to electors who were required to enclose a copy of their proof of identification, or an authorized substitute document
• Clerks failing to enter initials on ballot envelopes indicating whether the elector is exempt from providing proof of identification
• Clerks in Milwaukee and Dane Counties declaring electors in their counties to be “indefinitely confined,” which sparked chaos and confusion
• Clerks failing to keep current the mailing list established under the aforementioned subsection, which allowed more than 215,000 electors to avoid identification requirements and safeguards established by the state legislature
• Clerks and the board of canvassers permitting absentee ballots returned without the required witness address to still be counted
• Clerks who received absentee ballots with improperly completed certificates or no certificates filling in missing information
• The Wisconsin Elections Commission barring special voting deputies from entering qualified nursing homes and assisted living facilities, and instead mailing ballots to residents directly, skirting safeguards established by the legislature to protect our most vulnerable citizens and loved ones
• The clerk of the City of Madison creating an event named “Democracy in the Park” and, of her own accord, designating alternate sites where absentee ballots could be collected and counted
All of these actions and more resulted in fraud, the resolution suggests, the likes of which has perhaps never before been seen.
Without legitimacy, the resolution goes on to explain, there can be no government of the people, by the people, or for the people. If this illegitimacy is allowed to stand, then our government will “devolve into a system of coercion and bribery that seeks to use the guise of elections to hold a degree of credibility.”
What becomes of this resolution remains to be seen, and the good news is that the wait will not be long. You can keep up with the latest by visiting our election fraud headquarters at Trump.news.
